MUSCAT — The Control and Follow-up Committee of H1N1 (swine flu) disease yesterday announced registration of 43 new cases in the Sultanate in the past few days. The committee has affirmed that no casualty has been recorded so far. Most of the cases diagnosed last week have been cured after receiving treatment at home. The number of cases under hospital observation now stands at five while the total number of registered cases in the Sultanate since the outbreak of the pandemic stands at 198. The Health Ministry has advised citizens and residents to visit the nearest health centre in case of any symptoms of the disease.
