Is Oman Air a good company for work with by Filipino?

Oman air is the flag carrier of the Sultanate of Oman. Many Filipino has left the Philippines to work in Oman. But what are the best companies to work with in the Sulatanate? Oman Air? I have noticed that many Filipino are working in Oman Air from the administrative to cabin crew. Are they getting good compensation and good benefits from the one of the best Company in Oman? During my stay in Oman, I met a few Filipino who works in Oman Air and from their lifestyle I would say that Oman air is giving a good compensation to them. Some are living in luxury owned apartments, some have cars, some have the latest gadgets, some fly frequently to Philippines or other holiday destinations. How do they apply to Oman Air?
